Construction Law

With the addition of Philip Walters to our team, Barbeau, Evans & Goldstein has expertise in all aspects of Construction Law to serve the full spectrum of clients; from contractors and engineers, to owners and their project managers.

Mr. Walters’ practice emphasizes the front-end use of legal resources to forge the most appropriate project structure and contract. Mr. Walters also believes that dealing with risk issues as they arise during the project, will ultimately result in better profitability. Although litigation is seen as a last resort, Mr. Walters has achieved many superior results from this mode as well.
